Kansas can be HOT in the summer, so head to Oswego and cool off the old fashioned way - with a dip in the concrete pond!  One of the first large pools in Southeast Kansas, the pool hosted 200,000 swimmers it's first year of operation.  Built in 1935, the pool retains much of it's old charm, with a stone bathhouse and plenty of space for even the most rambunctious swimmer.

Directions: From U.S. 160 turn north on Union to North Street, then turn east and follow the curve into the park.
